Pinnacle Port Vacation Rentals is the on-site rental office for your convenience. 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condos accommodate families directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Every condo has fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, cable TV, and pull out sofa sleepers. Full sized cribs are available for nightly or weekly rentals. All rooms are non-smoking. The property has many activities to keep your family busy. The large pool is attached to the Tower building and offers a roof over half of the pool. This pool is heated in the winter months. A smaller pool is across the parking lot form the mid-rise buildings. Four lighted tennis courts give you the ability to hit balls when the air cools off in the evenings. Several shuffleboard courts may be used to see who can get the best score. Grilling can be done in the picnic area where grills are provided. Games and vending machines keep children happy when they need a beach break. Saunas located on the ground floor of the Tower are separate for men and women. The exercise room is open for use by those over the age of 16. One of the best amenities is the natural 880 acre Lake Powell. Canoes, kayaks, and a paddleboat may be rented for use on the lake. A marina and boat slips are also accessible for Pinnacle Port guests. Docks on the property allow for some very good fishing- just do not forget your fishing license. Check-in is located at 23223 Front Beach Rd., at the rental office across from the parking lot, from main tower. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Resort fee is USD 50.00 and all fees will be charged and collected at check-in. There is a USD 250.00 damage deposit due at check-in. Refundable if room not damaged.
