From Feb. 27 to April 9 a USD 400.00 security deposit is due at check-in. Spring Break Security deposit- USD 400.00 deposit due at check-in, USD 350.00 is refunded back after inspection of the unit pending no damage. USD 50.00 to be retained for processing fee. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Max occupancies are as follows- 1 bedroom/2 bathroom bunks sleeps 6, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with bunks sleeps 8. Please note that there is a non refundable USD 40.00 Limited Damage Waiver fee, which will cover up to USD 2000.00 worth of accidental damages that are reported before check-out. Cleaning fee USD 78.84 for 1 bedroom, USD 106.99 for 2 bedroom, including tax. There is a USD 11.27 registration fee. Cleaning fees from Feb 26,2011–April 9, 2011 1 bedroom- USD 102.61 tax inclusive 2 bedroom with bunks- USD 129.51 tax inclusive Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Min. age for check-in is 21.
