Cash Deposit is Required for Spring Break (which includes the month of March and the first 2 weeks in April) and High School Graduation Week (1-15 June). Hotel requires of all guests an advance deposit of one night room and tax and a cash 200.00 dollar security deposit for all guests under the age of 25 years old for this same time period.
